Requesting Reports
The Office of Biomed Faculty Affairs manages faculty data and provides reporting to both internal partners and external organizations and can verify the academic title and dates of appointment for current and former full-time faculty of The Warren Alpert Medical School.
Please submit the Faculty Data Request form for information on:
- Faculty appointments
- Faculty email lists
- Department Rosters
To request a "dates only" appointment verification letter, please contact Michelle Turcotte.
Please note: BMFA is unable to verify or report on house staff or teaching fellows who may have participated in affiliated graduate medical education programs.
